Science
The Science Faculty is a dynamic and successful faculty. We are a mixture of experienced and young teachers who work together to design and deliver interesting Science programs to meet the requirements of the Science syllabus in the junior and senior school.
- All students study an integrated curriculum in Years 7 - 10
- Our Gifted and Talented classes are given opportunities to extend their learning and participate in enrichment activities
- Agriculture is a popular choice for students choosing electives to study in Year 9.
With our range of expertise and interests woven through each topic, students at Crestwood High receive a stimulating introduction to Science. Many choose to study a Science course in the senior school and the number of classes offered continues to increase.
- Agriculture, Biology, Chemistry and Physics are available in Years 11 and 12
- Senior Science and Earth and Environmental Science are also available, depending on student choice
- Electives taught in each subject depend on the interests of students and the expertise of teachers.
