Year 8

Year 8 students continue with their modular pattern of study and remain in the same academic and specialist classes expect in Mathematics. Students are placed in Mathematics classes based on their needs. Our best students can be extended while other students can progress at a suitable pace.

Places in the Gifted and Talented class are reviewed. Students who have performed exceptionally well in other Year 7 classes are offered places.

Agriculture replaces Information Literacy in year 8. Students really enjoy this contact with the farm, its animals and opportunities to be active outside while learning.
