Our record of achievement
- Our top ATAR for 2009 was 96.95, with another 10 students (10% of our cohort) receiving ATARs in the 90's.
- In the 2009 HSC results, 24% of our students obtained a Band 6 in examinations.
- In the 2009 School Certificate examinations, nearly every faculty had results for their subjects that were above the state average.
- In 2009 we again were awarded certificates for outstanding results in the NAPLAN test for Years 7 and 9.
- 2nd in the state for our Open Boys Netball team - congratulations.
- First in 2008 HSC examination Legal Studies. 6th place in the state as well for Legal Studies.
- Over 75% of our Year 12 canditure was offered a place at a university.
- 33 of our Year 12 received at least one Band 6 (or equivalent) - an outstanding result.
- At the beginning of 2009 we held an award ceremony to celebrate those 33 students.
- 2008 Received Outstanding Achievement Awards for National Literacy AND Numeracy testing, one of only 6 schools (primary or secondary) within the Sydney West Region.
- 2007 First place in HSC Industrial Technology (Multi Media) course to Crestwood student. Over 50% of students receive Bands 5 or 6.
- 2007 Western Sydney Region Certificate of Merit in recognition for excellent performance and growth in the 2007 School Certificate - Numeracy.
- 2006 Director General\'s School Achievement Award 2006 for student welfare and support programs.
- 2006 Won Western Sydney Regional Numeracy Award for adding most value to Year 8 SNAP (Secondary Numeracy Assessment) results.
- 2006 HSC results placed Crestwood High School in the top 16% of state schools to add value to students from the School Certificate to Higher School Certificate.
- 2006 Mathematics HSC results placed Crestwood in the top 100 schools in NSW.
- Dux of 2006 HSC scored UAI of 98.35 and is studying Finance / Law at Macquarie University .
- 2006 third in the state in Biology and ninth in the state in Community and Family Studies
- 2007 Visual Arts students chosen for Art Express. On display at College of Fine Arts . Student 2nd in Baulkham Hills Australia Day Art Show.
- Crestwood High School has been chosen as only one of 13 schools in the state to pilot materials by the Australian Centre for Innovation in Mathematics.
- Dux of 2005 HSC scored UAI of 98.95 and won a Sydney University Scholarship to study Pharmacy.
- In 2005 equal second in state in Japanese Extension, sixth in state in Community and Family Studies.
- Open Boys\' Baseball won NSW CHS Open Baseball in 2006.
- In 2005 HSC one of only 20 Industrial Technology Wood projects in the state chosen for InTECH at Fox Studios.
