How To Enrol at Crestwood

For Year 7 enrolments while students are in Year 6

Contact your Primary School for the correct forms and indicate on the form Crestwood High School as your first priority. Application forms can be obtained from any government primary school.

All other enrolments

For students in other Year groups (8 -12) or for any enrolments through out the year (7 - 12)

• One of the deputies will interview you:
  Years 7, 9, 11  in 2010 - Ms Melinda Bright
  Years 8, 10, 12  in 2010 - Ms Karen Smith
